Lensi is a manicure record and archive application designed to help you organize photos, tags, dates, and notes related to your nail art history. This Privacy Notice explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. By using Lensi, you can create and manage your own private manicure timeline, with data stored primarily on your device and, if you choose, backed up through your Apple account services.
We aim to keep the app focused on personal record keeping. We do not operate as a social network, advertising platform, recommendation engine, or marketplace.
We use information only to provide and maintain Lensi’s core features, including creating entries, showing timelines, filtering records, searching content, displaying statistics based on your own history, supporting backups, and enabling exports or sharing cards that you choose to generate.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or selling. We do not use your information to train AI models, improve third-party AI systems, or build behavioral profiles about you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
Lensi does not perform facial recognition, biometric identification, or facial template creation. The app is not designed to analyze faces, infer identity, or extract biometric measurements from photos.
If an image contains a person’s face, it is treated as part of the photo you provide for your own record keeping. We do not create face templates, we do not run biometric analysis, and we do not use facial data for recognition or authentication. Any temporary processing data used to generate a local record or share card is deleted after processing is complete.
Information you provide: When you create a manicure record, you may upload or take photos, enter a date, add style tags, color tags, element tags, notes, salon or technician names, and other optional details you choose to save. You may also provide support messages if you contact us.
Information collected automatically: The app may collect limited technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash logs, performance diagnostics, and basic usage events needed to keep the app functioning properly. We do not collect your contacts, messages, microphone audio, or location unless a future feature clearly asks for it and you consent.
Cookies and similar technologies: Lensi is primarily a mobile app and generally does not use browser cookies. However, if certain web-based pages, payment flows, or support resources are opened, basic cookies or similar technologies may be used to maintain session state or security. These are used only for necessary app operations and not for advertising.
Uploaded content: Photos or other user-uploaded content are stored locally on your device for your own record keeping. Any temporary processing copies are deleted after the relevant processing task is completed.
Generated results: Records, timeline entries, tags, statistics, and share cards that you create may remain in your history until you delete them. You can remove individual entries or clear all stored data at any time through the app.
Crash logs: Diagnostic crash logs may be retained for up to 12 months to help us identify and fix stability issues.
Support messages: Messages sent to us for help or account-related questions may be retained for up to 6 months after the matter is resolved, unless a longer period is required for legal or security reasons.
Temporary processing data: Any temporary data created during image handling, local parsing, export preparation, or validation is deleted after completion of that task.
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data.
We do not share any user-uploaded or user-generated content with any third party except as necessary to provide services you specifically request, such as infrastructure or storage that operates on our behalf under our instructions.
Any third-party infrastructure provider used for cloud storage, server hosting, backup, or basic technical operations acts solely on our behalf and under our instructions. These providers are contractually required to protect data security and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
Third parties are not allowed to use your data for advertising, profiling, AI training, model optimization, redistribution, or independent access to your content. They may not use your data for any purpose beyond what we instruct and authorize.
We do not use any third-party AI services to process user data. All AI processing, where applicable, is performed exclusively on our own internal servers.

Lensi is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If you believe a child under 17 has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review and delete the information where appropriate.
Lensi does not use third-party AI services to process user data. Any AI-related processing, if used in the future for app functionality, will be performed exclusively on our own internal servers under our control.
We do not send user-uploaded content to third-party AI providers. We do not use user data for model training, fine-tuning, or optimization of external models. Temporary processing data is deleted after the processing task is completed.
